Report Forms, a Curriculum Log, and the Attendance Record are due by January 31st. Please mail to PO Box 1743, Pelham, AL 35124 or drop off at the school office. If you cannot make it when we are open, there is a black box at the front doors you may use - we check it daily. Please do not email or fax grades (thank you!).
This will include all averaged grades from the date you began your school year to December 31st (1st grading period). For families that have been with Hope for less than 3 years, we will also need 3 random pages of your lesson plan book from the 1st semester (send copies - you keep the originals).
