To submit the application, click on the “Start” button (usually on the left side) and then “Next” to complete each section. Once you have completed all required fields, a consent box will become visible. Once you click this, you may need to confirm your email. The system will email the forms to us. You will receive a signed copy via email, so if you need to print any of the pages, you will be able to do that at that time. Be sure to use a computer when completing the application since using a phone or tablet may not be recognized as a secure connection. 😊 If there are any problems completing the on-line application, please let us know.
A registration payment of $40.00 will be due upon submission, if submitted by June 1st. This fee increases to $55.00 from June 2nd - July 31st and to $85.00, if submitted after August 1st. Please see Page TWO of the re-registration forms for payment link and instructions.
SAVE THE DATE! Hope Day 2024 will be held on Monday, August 12th at the Hope Christian School Campus. There will be 2 meeting options available - 10:30a and 1:00p. Attendance at one of the meetings is required, unless excused for hardship or distance (more than an hour away). There will be a used book sale and YEARBOOK pictures taken at this meeting. We plan on having two picture areas set up this year that should make things go faster. Setup will also be upstairs, so there will be a room to wait in or you can check out all of the other activities while waiting to be called. We are always learning from past year's experiences! 😊
